TC Counselling and Psychotherapy

If you are stuck in a challenging situation, feeling tired, frustrated or overwhelmed, not knowing what to do, I would like to offer you the appropriate resources and support. Even people with supportive family or friends may find it difficult to discuss personal issues with those close to them. Counselling provides a setting that is impartial, safe and confidential. It can help to bring insight into your difficulties, thus helping you to deal with them and move on to enjoy life.
I have experience in working with clients on a variety of issues such as loss and change, life transitions, immigration, work-related issues, relationship problems, couple issues, body image, perfectionism, trauma, shame, low self-esteem, existential loneliness, etc. I will offer you a safe and non-judgmental environment in which you will be able to talk freely and explore your concerns.
I believe the most important factor in establishing a positive therapeutic counselling relationship is that you feel safe and comfortable to engage in the work with me. After our brief introduction by telephone, email or text, I will then offer a free half-hour appointment to assess whether counselling could be the right form of support for you.

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”
